Please include reference to the part you are buying. All payments MUST include make, model, and year of the part being purchased along with the customers shipping address.

Credit Card payments can be made over the phone or via fax. Customers will be required to provide billing/shipping address, phone number, and description of the part desired.

Paypal.com is accepted for all orders. Our Paypal account is the same as our email 'AberdeenAuto1@yahoo.com'. Customers are highly encouraged to completely fill out Paypal questionnaire for proper payment processing!

Shipping Confirmation/Tracking
We ship UPS/FedEx ground. Please no P.O. Box addresses for UPS/FedEx shipping! For tracking numbers and shipping problems all customers are required to submit written requests via email. Due to high volume of calls we receive we highly discourage customers to call us for tracking numbers.

Return Policies
• 30 day return/exchange on all parts, no exceptions
• All returns must be preauthorized by our staff
• New parts must be returned in original packaging in undamaged condition accompanied with a letter   explaining the problem.

Damaged Goods
Customers must notify us immediately if a part was damaged while in transit. Aberdeen Auto will ship a replacement for damaged goods upon notification!

• Refunds will be issued at our discretion
No refunds after 30 days
No refunds on shipping charges (unless authorized by our staff)
No refunds on used electrical parts (unless authorized by our staff)
